Refund Policy

Please retain your receipt as proof of Purchase.


 
Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds if you:
  • Simply change your mind
  • Make a wrong decision or
  • Travel is disrupted by natural weather disasters

You may request an exchange only if:
  • You are upgrading your package
  • Your travel does not match the description provided

Customers Please Note:
  • All quotes are based on payment by cash or cheque only
  • Payments by credit card will attract a 3% service charge, AMEX a 5% charge.
  • Cancellation will forfeit any deposit and/or final payment received
  • Travel Insurance is HIGHLY recommended.

Wanderers-Travel.com reserves the right to charge the following fees for cancellations of any reason:
  • 7 - 30 Days = 25% of fare
  • 72 Hours - 7 Days = 50% of fare
  • Within 24 Hours - 72 Hours = 100% of fare
  • Flights and bus tickets are non refundable
  • Cancellations will forfeit any holding or booking fees (refer to booking and administration fees and charges)

To receive a refund of any sort, you must fill out a Refund Application. This application may take anywhere between 5 to 10 working days to be processed.
