Opening hours are from 9am till 6pm Monday to Saturday and 10am till 5pm Sunday.
Public Holidays Christmas day, Boxing day & New Years day: $15 per bag. New Year's Eve opening hours are from 9am on 31st December until 6pm on 1st January. The rate is $20 per bag. Terms & Conditions:
Any valuable items must be declared to our staff on presentation of luggage. Wanderers Travel will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to stored items.
It is your responsibility to collect your luggage during opening hours. Should you require your luggage after the opening hours a $150 call-out fee will be payable (Subject to staff availability: call 0412 046 022).
If someone other than yourself is to collect your luggage, you must give them the original storage receipt and a letter of authority, plus a detailed description of your luggage so they can identify it.
Any luggage left unclaimed for more than 6 weeks or longer will be given to charity, unless you have made prior long term arrangements with our Staff.
Storage fees must be paid in full. An access fee of $5 will be charged should you need to access your luggage during the period of storage.
Lockers are not prebooked, however we have plenty of lockers to store your luggage. All bags are tagged with customers names & receipt numbers. When you store your bag you are given a receipt with a number on it so we can track it down, which means if you do not have your receipt you cannot collect your bag.
