North and South Island Bus Passes
Minimum Days are the recommended minimum amount of days it takes to complete a pass. They include free days in Abel Tasman, Franz Josef and Queenstown to better explore an area and/or have time to do activities.
Depending on which day you depart you may be able to complete your pass in shorter time by skipping some of these free days if you wish.

THE STRAY EVERYWHERE PASS Price: $AUD 1,390 Minimum Days: 31 Start: Anywhere on the map Description: Stray’s biggest pass – go everywhere! You can start and finish in Auckland, Christchurch or any other place around the circuit. You need at least 5 weeks and is an excellent way to really get to see and experience all of what NZ has to offer - the North, North of the North, East and South! . As always the longer you have the better so you can get off at your favourite places for a few more days (or weeks!). Includes free $30 activity voucher for the Bay of Islands. Summer only. |

THE MAX PASS Price: $AUD 1,030 Minimum Days: 23 Start: Anywhere on the map Description: Stray’s most popular pass – all of New Zealand. You can start and finish in Auckland, Christchurch or any other place around the circuit. Takes at least three weeks and is an excellent way to really get to see and experience what NZ has to offer. As always the longer you have the better so you can get off at your favourite places for a few more days (or weeks!). |

This is a good pass if you have less than three weeks and want to spend most of your time in the South Island but are flying out of Auckland. You complete the whole South Island circuit and then express up to Auckland (you can get off and spend extra time in Wellington or Taupo if you have time). |
